Founder & Principal Consultant
Jose Antony
Supply Chain Executive & Enterprise Transformation Advisor | Trinity Solutions Global
Jose Antony is a supply chain executive whose career has been defined by one consistent outcome: organizations that operated at greater scale, precision, and strategic clarity after his leadership than before it. Over 18+ years in global enterprise environments — principally at Valmont Industries, a $4B+ global manufacturer — he earned a pattern of recognition that is rare in operational leadership: C-suite executives selecting him, specifically, for the organization's most complex transformation challenges.
That trajectory began in Dubai, where Jose built the Valmont Middle East supply chain into one of the most efficient international facilities in the global Valmont organization — doubling capacity from $60M to $125M+ and establishing S&OP disciplines adopted across the EMEA region. That performance led directly to his relocation to U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Omaha. There, he was charged with building the global supply chain organization for Valmont's Solar Tracker business from the ground up — enabling $25M+ in new project delivery within its first year. Subsequently, he was selected by C-suite leadership to lead the operations workstream for two international M&A integrations: ConcealFab in the United States and HR Products in Australia.
Across every role, Jose's contributions were recognized not just by results, but by the executives who trusted him with what came next. Former CEO Stephen Kaniewski, Group President Joshua Dixon, and Infrastructure President Greg Turi each offered direct endorsements of his leadership — a reflection of the confidence he earned at the highest levels of a Fortune 500 enterprise.
Jose founded Trinity Solutions Global in 2026 to bring that caliber of practitioner-led advisory to organizations at inflection points — where supply chain performance, planning governance, or AI adoption decisions carry genuine strategic consequence. His practitioner experience spans enterprise ERP, advanced planning, and digital workflow platforms deployed across complex global operations.

He is a strong communicator and offers solutions. In an organization, he is influential and effective.
Jose epitomizes excellence in leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking. It was in recognition of his contributions that I offered him a position to join the management team at corporate headquarters. He would be a valuable asset to any team.
Jose was instrumental in helping Valmont launch our solar tracker business in North America. His experience in supply chain, sourcing, and S&OP set the foundation for the successful business we have built today. He is detail oriented, dependable, diligent and always committed to delivering results.
Jose demonstrated remarkable leadership in formulating and establishing the Supply Chain Department at Valmont Middle East. A Career Built on Enterprise Transformation
Four chapters of escalating scope, responsibility, and organizational trust — across three continents and one of North America's largest industrial manufacturers.
Building What Didn't Exist
Jose Antony began his supply chain leadership in one of the most demanding operating environments a practitioner can face: a regional hub serving multinational demand, with limited infrastructure, high complexity, and no established playbook. At Valmont Middle East, he built the supply chain function from the ground up — establishing S&OP disciplines, governance structures, and sourcing relationships that transformed the facility into one of the most efficient and proactive international operations in the global Valmont organization. Capacity doubled. Lead times fell by more than a quarter. The processes he institutionalized were subsequently adopted across the EMEA region. That performance earned something rarer than recognition: it earned relocation — a direct invitation from the Group President to join U.S. Corporate Headquarters and take on responsibilities of greater scope and consequence.
Scale and Planning Complexity
At Corporate, Jose was asked to lead a different kind of challenge — not building a regional operation, but governing the planning complexity of a global enterprise. He took ownership of a $130M inventory portfolio spanning 56,000 SKUs across five global manufacturing facilities, implementing advanced planning systems and advancing S&OP maturity from Stage 2 toward Stage 4. The improvement was measurable: forecast accuracy rose 20%, on-time delivery reached 85%. These were not incremental refinements — they were structural changes to how a major global manufacturer planned, allocated, and responded to demand at scale.
A Business Unit From Zero
The next test was entrepreneurial in scope: build the global supply chain organization for Valmont's Solar Tracker business of North America — a new platform with no existing infrastructure, no established supplier base, and immediate commercial pressure. Within a year, Jose had the organization operational and delivering $25M+ in project revenue. Forecast accuracy improved 20%, on-time delivery reached 95%, and sourcing discipline produced 7% year-over-year cost reductions. Greg Turi, President of Valmont's Infrastructure division, later recognized that Jose's work had set the foundation for the successful business built today. It is the kind of acknowledgment that only comes from someone who witnessed the before and after firsthand.
Selected for the Most Complex Work
The final and most telling signal of organizational trust came when C-suite leadership selected Jose to lead the operations workstream for two simultaneous international acquisitions — ConcealFab in the United States and HR Products in Australia. M&A integration is the assignment organizations give to the people they are most confident in: the work is irreversible, the timeline is fixed, and the margin for ambiguity is zero. Jose mapped process gaps, designed Target Operating Models, and delivered monthly integration reporting directly to C-suite executives. Both integrations completed on time. Before founding Trinity Solutions Global, Jose served as an independent supply chain consultant — most recently with Bazooka Candy Brands, where he designed and deployed a Trade Compliance automation platform integrating Oracle ERP with digital workflow tooling, reducing Import/Export processing effort by an estimated 20–25%. That engagement deepened his conviction that organizations across industries face the same structural challenge: the technology is available, but the governance, process discipline, and human judgment required to make it work sustainably are not. He founded Trinity Solutions Global in 2026 to address precisely that gap — bringing practitioner-led advisory to organizations where supply chain performance, planning governance, and AI adoption decisions carry genuine strategic consequence.
A Founding Conviction
Most enterprise transformation initiatives fall short not because organizations lack technology, investment, or ambition — but because the essential connective tissue is missing: alignment between strategy, planning, workflow, systems, and the people responsible for decisions.
The accelerating pressure to adopt AI has intensified this challenge. Organizations are being asked to automate at pace while still navigating fragmented processes, inconsistent governance, and operational complexity that was never fully resolved. The result is transformation that moves fast but lands shallow.
Trinity was founded on a different premise: that intelligence can be automated, but wisdom cannot. That before organizations accelerate, they must first align. And that the most durable competitive advantage is not the technology an enterprise deploys — it is the judgment it preserves.
Intelligence can be automated. Wisdom cannot. The organizations that understand this distinction will lead — the rest will optimize their way into irrelevance.
Human-Led. AI-Assisted. Wisdom-Driven.
Trinity strongly embraces AI enablement while maintaining that human wisdom, ethics, and leadership accountability must remain central to transformation.
Human Leadership First
Technology can accelerate execution. Only human leadership can provide judgment, ethics, accountability, discernment, and strategic direction.
AI as Responsible Enablement
AI should simplify work, improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and support faster execution while remaining aligned to organizational purpose and human oversight.
Governance Before Automation
Organizations should strengthen process clarity, ownership, workflow discipline, and operational alignment before accelerating automation at scale.
These principles are grounded in our commitment to servant leadership, integrity, and human dignity — values that shape how Trinity engages with every client and every challenge. They are expressed through the WISDOM Framework: the values that define how Trinity thinks, behaves, serves, and grows. Explore our Vision, Purpose & Values →
